The Desco Ionization Test Kit allows our digital static field meter to be used to measure the offset voltage (balance) and charge decay of Ionization equipment. The Test Kit also includes a charger used to place a +/-1000V charge on our conductive plate, making it possible to also measure the discharge times of air Ionization equipment per ANSI/ESD SP3.3 periodic verification of air ionizers. The 19493 Ionization Test Kit includes the digital static field meter, providing a highly portable and cost effective means of verifying the performance of a wide variety of Ionization equipment. Measures surface voltage and polarity on objects up to +/-19.99 kV at a distance of 1 inch. Used to measure offset voltage and discharge times for the periodic verification of ionizers per ANSI/ESD SP3.3 and ESD Tr53. Apply charge to conductive plate to measure discharge times. Protects meter from physical damage and minimizes wear. Made in the United States of America.
