Trading Terms and Conditions
Welcome to the website providing e-commerce services www.techmaster.com.vn e-website established and owned by Techmaster Electronics Joint Stock Company, established and operating under the Registration Certificate enterprise Business registration number: 0312668882 issued on February 28, 2014 Place of issue: Department of Planning and Investment of Ho Chi Minh City. Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully (hereinafter referred to as “Terms and Conditions”) before ordering any goods/services on the Website (hereinafter referred to as “Products”) .
1. Scope of application
1.1. Terms and Conditions will apply to customers:
(i) Buy Products sold on the Website
(ii) There is a need to deliver the Products to the locations in accordance with the Shipping Policy posted on the Website
1.2. Customers in these Terms and Conditions include: any individual who is 15 years of age or older, has the appropriate civil capacity to perform transactions through Techmaster, and (ii) any organization established and operate legally in accordance with the laws of Vietnam (hereinafter referred to as “Customer”).
2. Establishing and canceling E-commerce contracts:
2.1. Set up an e-commerce contract
Any information about the Products provided on the Website shall in any case not be construed as an offer to enter into a contract by Techmaster to the Customer.
The steps to form a contract are as follows:
Step 1: Customers who place an order on the Website will form an order (“Order”). Immediately after that, Techmaster sends an order notice (about order code, recipient information) to Customer (i) directly via Website or (ii) via registered email;
Step 2: Techmaster sends confirmation Order via one of the following Methods:
– Via the email address that the Customer has registered with the content: Product list, delivery deadline, contact phone, recipient information, orderer, payment value, … ;
– Through the sales department, contact the Customer’s order phone number directly with the content: confirm the order code; Confirm successful processing, contact information, order value, delivery time – receipt of goods.
– By updating the order status in the Customer’s account management system on the Website with the Confirmed Order content or equivalent content.
– The contract between Techmaster and Customer is only established and takes effect from the time Techmaster sends the confirmation as mentioned in Step 2 (“Contract”).
(*) Note: During the processing of a Customer’s Order, Techmaster reserves the right not to confirm the Order in cases including but not limited to:
– Techmaster is unable to meet the trading conditions in the Client’s Order due to objective reasons, technical errors from the system or the supplier.
– Techmaster will update unconfirmed order status information in Customer’s account management system on the Website for Customer to track and receive information.
2.2. Cancellation of Order/Cancellation of Contract.
2.2.1. The Customer has the right to cancel the Order, cancel the Contract in the following cases:
Cancellation Before Order Confirmation:
a. For any reason, the Customer is entitled to cancel part or all of the Order before the time of order confirmation (unless the Product applies other special conditions specified by Techmaster on each content). about the Product), by one or more of the following methods:

b. Techmaster confirms via direct line, email or updates order status (Order has been canceled) in the Customer’s account management system.
2.2.2. Techmaster has the right to unilaterally cancel the confirmed Order (Contract) in the following cases:
a. Loopholes, system errors, errors, mistakes leading to errors in Product information (including but not limited to selling price, delivery conditions, inventory status, characteristics, varieties, etc.) type of Product, conditions and incentives attached to the Product) during Techmaster’s transaction to purchase in order to receive higher benefits than usual.
b. When encountering a “Force Majeure” situation affecting Techmaster’s Contract performance and extending beyond the time when the Force Majeure started (eg: Natural disasters, storms, floods, …) we shall by all means, make every effort to notify the Customer of this situation and propose a new Contract implementation time. In case, Customer does not agree with Techmaster’s proposal, he can actively cancel the Contract or Techmaster will actively cancel.
c. Cases where Techmaster has grounds to determine that the Contract is invalid in accordance with the law.In the event that a confirmed Order is partially or fully canceled, the amount paid by the Customer corresponding to the value of the canceled Order will be refunded to the Customer in accordance with regulations.
3. Price, VAT invoice and payment
3.1. The Price of the Products may or may not include value added tax and is described specifically on the Product introduction page Or through direct consultation of sales staff with Customers. In all cases, the price of the Product does not include shipping charges. Shipping costs are specified in the Shipping Policy posted on Techmaster.
3.2. The Customer has the right to request a VAT invoice and receive a valid VAT invoice from Techmaster or a supplier (depending on the specific case specified for each Product on the Website). Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate information on issuing VAT invoices. Techmaster will not assist in making any change/modification requests to the VAT invoice information from the Customer once the Order has been confirmed. Techmaster may refuse or agree to assist in the settlement on a case-by-case basis if the Customer requests to issue a VAT invoice after submitting the Purchase Order in accordance with regulations.
(*) Note: In any case, Techmaster does not support splitting/consolidating multiple Orders and issuing VAT invoices for this split/merged Order.
3.3. The Customer pays the value of the Order in accordance with the Shipping Policy posted on Techmaster before receiving the Products of that Order. When the Customer clicks (clicks) on the “Payment” box to proceed with the payment of the Order, it means that (i) the Customer confirms that the information of the Order has been reviewed; and (ii) Customer agrees that the Terms and Conditions shall apply to the purchase of Products in such Order.
4. Product delivery
4.1. The Products will be delivered to the address requested by the Customer in the Order at the time specified in the Shipping Policy posted on Techmaster or at the time the Customer requests to receive the goods, provided that this delivery time must be in accordance with that Shipping Policy.In case the Customer wants to change the address to receive the Products, the Customer must call and notify Techmaster of the name and contact phone number of the person designated by the Customer to receive the Products as well as the address to receive the Products. The person designated by Customer to receive Products on Order or by telephone as specified
4.2. Regulations on inspection of Products upon receipt of goods are specified in Shipping Policy posted on the Website
Risk and title to the Products will pass to the Customer from the time the Consignee signs the Delivery List. The Customer needs to keep the Delivery Note for comparison or to solve any problems that may arise related to the Product (if any).
5. Customer care and complaint handling
5.1. In case of any inquiries or complaints, including but not limited to the quality of goods/services, the delivery of the Products, the attitude of the delivery staff, the exchange/return of the Products, the Customer… You can contact Techmaster at hotline number 0908 173 345 or email firstname.lastname@example.org. When contacting the Customer, they must provide the Order number stated in the Order confirmation email or message that Techmaster sends to the Customer. Techmaster will receive and respond to Customers as soon as possible.
5.2. Product warranty:
The Products will be warranted (If any) in accordance with the policy of the distributor, importer or manufacturer; Under no circumstances is Techmaster responsible for the Product warranty. Customers please read and follow the instructions for searching, activating the warranty, and the warranty policy attached to the Product and/or posted on the Website (Depending from time to time). 6. Information security
7. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Techmaster be liable for any damage/loss/loss/damage suffered by the Customer after the time the risk is transferred from Techmaster to the Customer, unless caused by Techmaster’s fault.
8. General Terms
8.1. The provisions referred to in these Terms and Conditions are an integral part of these Terms and Conditions. If there is any inconsistency between these Terms and Conditions and any other provision of the same content, the content of these Terms and Conditions shall prevail.
8.2. Techmaster and Customer, when accessing and making purchases on the Website, mean that they agree to perform all obligations specified in these Terms and Conditions. Techmaster reserves the right to change, modify, add or omit any part of these Terms and Conditions, from time to time. Changes will take effect as soon as they are officially updated on the Website and without prior notice, when the Customer continues to make transactions with Techmaster after the new changes to the Terms and Conditions take effect. means that the Customer accepts such changes. 8.3 If any part of these Terms and Conditions is held by any competent authority to be invalid or unenforceable in whole or in part, the validity of the other provisions of these Terms and Conditions This condition will not be affected.
8.4. These Terms and Conditions and any issues arising in the contractual relationship between Techmaster and the Customer shall be construed and governed in accordance with the laws of Vietnam. Any dispute, difference, claim arising out of/or relating to the content of these Terms and Conditions shall be resolved through good faith negotiation within thirty (30) days. If it cannot be resolved within these thirty (30) days, the above dispute or complaint may be resolved at a competent court agency.
