Introduction Hanna HI99161
The HI99161 portable pH meter together with an FC2023 combination pH electrode is designed to measure the pH of the food and dairy products.
The HI99161 has a waterproof and compact casing, large dual‐line display, low battery detection, automatic pH calibration at one or two points, and a selectable temperature unit (°C or °F).
The FC2023 is a penetration style pH electrode with a conical sensing tip and features an easy to clean, PVDF body and double junction gel-filled reference with a free diffusion sleeve style reference junction. The electrode is ideal for measurements in semi-solid foods such as processed meats, soft cheeses, soups, sauces, condiments, jams, jellies, dough, ice cream, sushi, and rice. The FC2023 has a built‐in temperature sensor for temperature compensated pH readings and an integrated preamplifier to provide measurements impervious to noise and electrical interferences.
