Introduction Mitutoyo 1044S Dial Indicator
The Mitutoyo 1044S Series 1 Dial Indicator has a revolutionary stem-bush design for trouble free stem clamping and longer clamping range. No through screw-hole on the frame for high dust-resistance. Greater rigidity in the bearing plate for reducing the tracing error. This model has a Lug-Back with a range of 5mm with 1mm per revolution, 0.01mm graduation and 0-100 Dial Reading with an 8mm Stem. This is compact dial indicators with bezel diameters of 40mm for restricted-space applications in gaging jigs. Application of a hard coating on the surface of the crystal makes the gauge highly scratch-and chemical-resistant. Secure adhesion between the bezel and crystal as well as the use of an O – ring prevents water or oil penetration.
