Technical ARC Water cooler TC1000

The TC1000 universal water cooler, designed for versatility in all popular welding applications, is robust and reliable. It can be used independently or mounted onto our universal trolley. With three voltage options (110V, 230V, and 400V), each unit is equipped with a self-resetting protection device to prevent motor burnout in case of a stall. Featuring quick-release snap fittings for water connections, TC1000 units use Simaco rotary pumps, known for efficiency and longevity, and are self-priming.

Constructed in galvanized steel for durability, TC1000 units boast M6 fixing points for easy mounting, a front viewing window for fluid level, and an upper tank filling cap. With a 5L tank and a cooling capacity of 1000W/2000W, they are suitable for welding applications up to 500-600 amps.

Consider the TC2000 for double cooling capacity in high productivity scenarios, capable of cooling multiple welding torches. The optional T-FLO control adds intelligent cooling with pump-on-demand for energy efficiency, reduced wear, and noise reduction. T-Flo also monitors fluid flow for a 3/4-way fault warning system. If needed, T-Flo pump-on-demand can be switched off for continuous operation, and flow monitoring can be toggled on or off. Both switches are easily accessible but require a small tool for adjustment, ensuring settings remain secure. The NC relay contact, rated at 5A, can be wired to shut down your welding machine. An internal flow switch is available as an alternative to T-Flo for interfacing with the power source. Optional top handles enhance portability as needed.
