The Keysight DSOS404A is part of the advanced S-Series oscilloscopes, offering 4 GHz bandwidth and 4 analog channels. It features a 15-inch capacitive XGA touchscreen and a 10-bit analog-to-digital converter for accurate signal acquisition and analysis.

With its enhanced system architecture, the DSOS404A delivers up to 16 bits of vertical resolution. It supports a maximum sampling rate of 20 GSa/s and includes 100 Mpts/channel of standard memory, enabling the capture of long, detailed waveforms. The average system ENOB reaches 8.1 bits at full bandwidth, ensuring superior signal integrity.
