Our flagship Calibrator models have become the industry standard product in the UK & Europe for validation/calibration with over 300 units sold to date. Suitable for every type of arc welding machine, MIG/MAG, TIG, MMA, PLASMA welding, SUB ARC (FCAW,  MCAW, SAW, GTAW).

Our Calibrators models are much more portable than anything else on the market, the 500i & 600i can be carried around on one hand. No external power supply is needed, they are self powered with a small internal battery which automatically recharges from the welding power source during calibration/validation. The unique design of these allows the engineer to validate machines up to 3 times as fast as any other method, particularly beneficial for on site work. They can even be connected to TIG machines with the HF running.

All Calibrator models are fitted with our high accuracy digital meters to allow compliance with BS EN 50504, BS EN1090, ISO & other quality related standards around the world. Calibrator 800i, 1000i & 1600i AC DC are high capacity models suitable for all machines including SUB ARC & gouging equipment. Really user friendly engineers tool with everything necessary for validation of MIG, TIG, MMA, etc to the latest European standards, allowing customers to meet ISO9000 & other quality systems.
