The TC2000 universal water cooler is our top-tier cooling unit, designed for heavy-duty welding applications with a focus on toughness and reliability. Equipped with twin heat exchangers and an extra powerful fan, these models excel in cooling efficiency.

Versatility is a key feature, allowing standalone use or easy mounting onto our universal trolley. The TC2000 comes in three voltage options (110V, 230V, and 400V) and features a self-resetting protection device, preventing motor burnout due to stalls.

Built with Simaco rotary pumps, the leading European manufacturer used by industry giants, the TC2000 ensures efficient, long-lasting, and self-priming performance. Constructed in galvanized steel, it combines durability with a sleek appearance, featuring M6 fixing points for convenient mounting.

The TC2000, with a 5L tank and a cooling capacity of 4000W, is ideal for heavy production welding, automation, and situations requiring the coolest welding torch operation. It can cool up to 2 torches at 400A on a 60% duty cycle or 3 torches with slightly lower power, connected in series.

The optional T-FLO control enhances these models, offering intelligent cooling with pump-on-demand for energy savings, reduced pump wear, and minimized noise. T-Flo monitors fluid flow with a 3/4-way fault warning system and can be easily switched off for continuous operation. The NC relay contact, rated at 5A, provides additional protection by wiring to shut down your welding machine.

For those preferring an alternative, a basic internal flow switch can be fitted instead of T-Flo. Optional top handles offer enhanced portability as needed. In summary, the TC2000 delivers top-notch cooling performance with versatile features for various welding applications.
