V-blocks are used in layout, positioning, and inspection applications to securely position cylindrical workpieces. Magnetic v-blocks have always-on or on/off magnets. The Insize 6801-1201 Magnetic V-Block can clamp cylindrical workpieces for precision inspection and machining, can be mounted vertical or horizontal. With a singular V-groove you have a clamping range up to 67mm. Powerful magnet in a precision-ground mild steel case. The on/off switch toggles both vees simultaneously.

Insize 6801-1201 Magnetic V-Blocks supplied in single piece. It isn’t hardened. It isn’t suitable for steel or iron surfaces, otherwise the magnetic force will be reduced. V blocks in many situations are supported but the clamp for extra security and the operator safety.
