EMIG compact Synergic models 250-400A, Superb welding performance with synergic one knob control of output power with wire speed/arc length trim, also standard MIG welding function. Additional functions include, adjustable inductance, pre-set material thickness prior to welding, crater fill, lift arc TIG & anti-stick on MMA. Packed full of features to give you the very best welding performance & simple user friendly no nonsense controls.
EMIG compact Synergic 2Pulse models 250-400A, The same superb welding performance & functions as above, but with pulse & 2Pulse (double pulse) included. This gives spatter free high productivity welding, particularly beneficial for welding aluminium, stainless steels etc. Double pulse function gives TIG like appearance welds but MIG welding speed! Unlike most other pulse MIG’s these are simple to set & use, nothing to program & no software to get corrupted!

OPTeARC EMIG range of machines are extreme performance industrial machines constructed using our reknowned Mitsubishi Hybrid chopper technology, this combines the performance advantages of inverter technology with the rugged reliability of transformer based machines.
This technology offers significant advantages in welding. In CV (MIG/MAG) welding, it surpasses traditional machines with its superior characteristics, including a smooth, stable arc, low spatter, and increased productivity. The PCB monitors the arc at a rapid rate, making precise adjustments to maintain consistent power and corrects input power fluctuations and long cable runs. Variable inductance allows customization of arc characteristics, from crisp, high-deposition arcs for positional welding to softer arcs with more penetration. This technology can lead to higher MIG deposition rates, faster welding, and cost reduction. It also enables spatter control. Moreover, it features a built-in arc start and finish circuit for smooth starting and the possibility of using aluminum wire with a standard MIG torch. In CC (MMA + TIG) mode, the arc maintains perfection with instant starts and stable current across the power range.

Our OPTeARC hybrid chopper technology solves the problem; you get all the performance benefits of a good inverter but with the rugged reliability of transformer based machines. Built in over current & over temperature circuits provide complete protection against overload conditions. These machines tolerate massive input voltage fluctuation without any failure.
