Keysight MSOS604A High-Definition Oscilloscope – 6 GHz, 4 Analog + 16 Digital Channels

The Keysight MSOS604A is a high-end mixed-signal oscilloscope from the Infiniium S-Series, purpose-built for engineers working on advanced electronic systems. With 6 GHz of bandwidth, 4 analog channels, and 16 digital channels, it delivers outstanding performance for both analog and digital signal analysis.
This oscilloscope features a 10-bit analog-to-digital converter (ADC), enabling higher vertical resolution and cleaner signal representation. For even more detail, it supports up to 16-bit resolution in high-resolution mode, making it ideal for analyzing low-amplitude or noise-sensitive signals. The 20 GSa/s maximum sampling rate ensures accurate signal capture, while the standard 100 Mpts of memory per channel allows for deep and extended signal acquisition.
A key feature of the MSOS604A is its 15-inch capacitive touchscreen display, offering an intuitive, multi-touch interface for rapid navigation and waveform manipulation. Combined with a solid-state drive (SSD), the oscilloscope boots quickly and operates reliably, even in demanding environments.
The MSOS604A also includes a broad range of advanced analysis tools, including protocol decoding for I2C, SPI, UART, CAN, and LIN; jitter analysis; eye diagram support; mask testing; FFT; and Bode plots. This makes it suitable for compliance testing, embedded system debugging, RF signal inspection, and more.
