The Keysight B2985C Electrometer / High Resistance Meter is a high-precision measurement instrument designed for detecting ultra-low currents and extremely high resistances with unmatched accuracy. It provides 0.01 fA (0.01 × 10⁻¹⁵ A) resolution and measures resistances up to 10 PΩ (10 × 10¹⁵ Ω) using its integrated 1000 V voltage source.

Equipped with a 4.3-inch color LCD display, the B2985C allows real-time graphical visualization of trend charts, histograms, and numeric data directly on the instrument. This eliminates the need for a PC during analysis, enabling engineers to observe signal stability, noise levels, and transient behavior immediately.
