The Technical ARC OPTeARC ETIG S250DC – S650DC range are really simple to set up & use, anyone who has TIG welded previously can use these in seconds. Unlike competitors machines there is no programming needed or constant referring back to instruction manuals. In addition we have added some unique functions all aimed at improved welding performance for all materials. Our QPulse (high speed pulsing) function can increase welding productivity by up to 35% & therefore reduce your welding costs. OPTeARC technology gives you ultra smooth welding current output, this means a more stable weld pool & better looking welds! These machines will not fail in dirty or damp workshops like inverters do, they are not affected by fluctuations on input supply they will just keep welding reliably year after year. The ETIG S models offer superior performance and reliability for industrial welding applications compared to US and EU-made inverters. These models outperform inverters without suffering from their reliability issues and high repair costs. ETIG models are easy to maintain and troubleshoot, featuring a single low-cost control PCB with diagnostic LEDs for remote fault diagnosis.

Reliability and simplicity are prioritized, including protection against real-world conditions such as overvoltage spikes, short circuits, dust, and dampness. Although not as compact as inverters, ETIG S models provide portability similar to trolley-mounted inverters. The inclusion of water cooling, with an option to disable it for air-cooled torches, enhances performance and extends pump lifespan.

All ETIG S models are compatible with the EFEED 40 automatic cold wire TIG feeder, boosting productivity by at least 30%. This feeder synchronizes with the ETIG, ensuring precise wire delivery for optimal welding, especially during pulse operations. The 4T operation on the ETIG provides complete control over each weld, offering operators flexibility and efficiency.

Standard supply for all models;400V 3phase input, 3M mains input lead, 3M work lead, blue panels, wheels & caster undercarriage with gas bottle carrier.

Options include; 230V or 480V or other input voltage, water cooling built in (with flow protection), calibration for EN1090 etc, robotic interface, longer cables fitted, extra functions added, additional hot wire TIG output.

Accessories include;TIG torches air cooled & water cooled 4M or 8M, Electrode lead & holder, remote control units, foot pedal with stop/start & variable amps, EFEED40 cold or hot wire feeder. Water cooling kit to fit into air cooled models.
