The Keysight B2985B Electrometer / High Resistance Meter is a world-class measurement instrument engineered for the most demanding applications requiring ultra-low current and ultra-high resistance testing. Its high sampling rate of 20,000 readings per second allows fast data acquisition for transient analysis and noise detection.

A 4.3-inch color LCD screen with a graphical user interface (GUI) makes it easy to visualize trends, histograms, and real-time measurements without requiring an external PC. The intuitive front-panel operation supports statistical functions, data logging, and visualization tools, helping users detect transient behavior, drift, and environmental effects instantly.

The optional Setup Integrity Checker software enables users to evaluate noise contributions from cables, fixtures, and grounding setups — ensuring measurement confidence in even the most sensitive applications.
