The Keysight EXR604A is a high-performance digital oscilloscope in the Infiniium EXR-Series, delivering outstanding results in high-speed signal measurement applications. Powerful and accurate measurement performance

EXR604A uses advanced ASIC technology to accelerate processing speed, reduce latency, and ensure precise signal capture. It achieves an effective number of bits (ENOB) of up to 9.0 with input noise as low as 43 µV. With a sampling rate of up to 16 GSa/s and flexible memory expandable to 1.6 Gpts, the scope allows you to record long waveforms without sacrificing resolution.

EXR604A combines eight essential instruments in a single platform: oscilloscope, waveform generator, logic analyzer, protocol analyzer, digital voltmeter, counter/timer, frequency response analyzer, and mask testing. Modern design and intuitive interface

The oscilloscope features a 15.6-inch Full HD capacitive touchscreen that supports multi-touch operation, making waveform navigation and interaction seamless. The scope comes with four N2873A 500 MHz passive probes, a probe accessory pouch, localized power cord, front panel cover, 8 GHz BNC calibration cable, keyboard, mouse, and the Keysight I/O libraries suite. User and programmer’s guides are preloaded on the instrument. A one-year factory calibration certificate is included.
