3M™ 9541V KN95 Valved Particulate Respirator (Ear Loop)

The 3M™ 9541V KN95 respirator is a disposable flat-fold mask with a Cool Flow™ exhalation valve. The valve releases warm, humid exhaled air to keep the wearer cooler during longer or more strenuous tasks, and a carbon layer gives relief from nuisance levels of organic vapours and odours.

This respirator filters at least 95% of airborne particulates, including fine dusts and non-oil-based mists. 3M’s user instructions list it as standard size with ear loops, certified to KN95 under GB2626 (the sheet states GB2626-2006). The exhalation valve reduces heat build-up inside the mask, while the adjustable nose clip and soft inner face seal help create a snug fit. Where exhaled air must also be filtered, choose the non-valved 3M 9541 instead.

No. Valved respirators release unfiltered exhaled air, so they are not used where the wearer must protect a sterile field. Choose the non-valved 3M 9541 for those settings.

Is it reusable?

No. Like other disposable respirators it is intended for single-shift use and should be discarded when soiled, damaged, or when breathing becomes difficult.
