What is Length & Dimensional calibration?
Length & dimensional calibration compares dimensional instruments — calipers, micrometers, dial indicators, gauge blocks — against higher-accuracy length standards to determine error and measurement uncertainty. Techmaster’s ISO/IEC 17025:2017 lab is traceable to the SI metre (m).
Even tiny dimensional deviations can cause scrap, mis-assembly and quality disputes — especially in precision machining, electronics and semiconductor work. Periodic calibration of dimensional instruments controls this risk and satisfies ISO 9001, IATF 16949 and AS9100 requirements.
Techmaster calibrates using ISO/IEC 17025 methods with reference gauge-block sets and standards traceable to the international metre. Certificates are accredited by ANAB (USA) and recognized worldwide via ILAC-MRA.
