Techmaster provides ISO/IEC 17025:2017 accredited Volume & Flow calibration — accredited by ANAB (USA), traceable to the SI and recognized worldwide through ILAC-MRA. On-site service nationwide.
Volume & flow calibration determines the error of volume devices (pipettes, micropipettes, volumetric glassware) and flow instruments (water meters, flow meters). Techmaster’s ISO/IEC 17025:2017 lab uses the gravimetric method.
Accurate volume dosing is vital in labs, pharma, food and water treatment. A drifting pipette can ruin an entire analysis batch; inaccurate water/flow meters affect billing and process control.
Techmaster calibrates pipettes and glassware to ISO 8655 using the gravimetric water-weighing method at a defined temperature, and calibrates flow devices with traceability to the SI unit of volume.
The table below lists typical parameters & measurement ranges for this discipline.
| Parameter / Instrument | Typical measurement range | CMC / Measurement uncertainty |
|---|---|---|
| Pipette | 1 µL – 10 mL | [Verify against scope] |
| Glassware | 1 mL – 2000 mL | [Verify against scope] |
| Water meter | per DN size | [Verify against scope] |
| Liquid flow | per instrument range | [Verify against scope] |
| Gas flow | per instrument range | [Verify against scope] |
⚠ Note: The ranges & CMC below are typical reference values. Please verify against Techmaster’s official Scope of Accreditation before publishing — actual CMC depends on the reference standard, method and measurement conditions.
Volume is traceable to the SI unit of volume (derived from the metre, m³) via reference balances and temperature-controlled water; referencing ISO 8655 (pipettes) and the gravimetric method. Flow is traceable via volume/time standards.
Our lab is ISO/IEC 17025:2017 accredited by ANAB (USA); certificates are recognized worldwide through ILAC-MRA.
Reference standards are traceable to the SI International System of Units, ensuring reliable, comparable measurement results.
