Outside this bound conditions will be considered with customer for uncertainty and measurement results.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>4.4 <\/strong><\/span><b>Preparation <\/b><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"p2\">Clean UUT travel table and screen, ensure UUT is free from any obvious defects that would impair its use:<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"p2\">\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0_ The travel table of X and Y-axis of machine shall move gently.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p2\">\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0_ The adjuster of lens and focal length of profile projector must be in good operations<\/p>\n<p class=\"p2\">\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0_ The screen of machine must glow steadily, the image on the screen must clear.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p2\">\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0_ For digital the profile projector: all indicators must be seen clearly.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"p2\">Place standard glass scale, gauge block set near UUT, allow them stabilize at least 1 hour.<\/li>\n<li class=\"p2\">Turn on machine \/ equipment at least 30 minutes for warm-up, measurement software start up.<\/li>\n<li class=\"p3\">Technician must be familiar with calibration techniques and the operator manual of the UUT being calibrated.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><strong>4.5 <\/strong><b>Perform<\/b><\/h3>\n<h4><strong><span style=\"color: #000000;\">4.5.1.<\/span><\/strong> <b><span style=\"color: #000000;\">X, Y-axis calibration<\/span> <\/b><\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"p2\">Select suitable standard glass scale size equal or larger than UUT measuring capacity<\/li>\n<li class=\"p2\">Place standard glass scale on measuring table, alignment for crosshair of measuring machine so that one line parallel and other line is perpendicular with graduated line of standard glass.<\/li>\n<li class=\"p2\">Perform alignment and measurement for X-axis first.<\/li>\n<li class=\"p2\">Select the lowest size of left side of standard glass scale, for zero setting on UUT.<\/li>\n<li class=\"p3\">The UUT crosshair shall be located at the middle of wide graduated line as below:<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/techmaster.com.vn\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/08\/hieu-chuan-may-phong-hinh-profile-projector.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-37571\" src=\"https:\/\/techmaster.com.vn\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/08\/hieu-chuan-may-phong-hinh-profile-projector.jpg\" alt=\"Hi\u1ec7u chu\u1ea9n m\u00e1y ph\u00f3ng h\u00ecnh Profile Projector\" width=\"776\" height=\"437\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"p2\">Set zero on UUT. Using machine movement function, moving UUT crosshair for X-axis to 0.1mm distance of standard glass scale. Record value display on UUT.<\/li>\n<li class=\"p3\">Continue measure for next distance up to max range of UUT, follow these test points:<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"p3\">\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 _ 0.1, 0.2, 0.4, 0.6, 0.8, 1.0mm<\/p>\n<p class=\"p3\">\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 _ 2, 4, 6, 8, 10mm<\/p>\n<p class=\"p3\">\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 _ 20, 40, 60, 80, 100mm<\/p>\n<p class=\"p3\">\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 _ 150, 200, 250, 300, 350, 400, 450 and 500mm<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"p3\">Repeat all alignment and measurements steps above for Y-Axis, record values.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/techmaster.com.vn\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/08\/hieu-chuan-may-chieu-bien-dang-profile-projector.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-37575\" src=\"https:\/\/techmaster.com.vn\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/08\/hieu-chuan-may-chieu-bien-dang-profile-projector.jpg\" alt=\"Hi\u1ec7u chu\u1ea9n m\u00e1y chi\u1ebfu bi\u00ean d\u1ea1ng Profile Projector\" width=\"776\" height=\"437\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<h4 class=\"p2\"><b>4.5.2. Z-axis calibration <\/b><\/h4>\n<p class=\"p1\">For machine that has Z-axis measurement function, perform as below steps:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"p2\">Wringing gauge block 1mm with any gauge block size under 25mm, and face up block 1mm.<\/li>\n<li class=\"p1\">The measuring face of base block should be appear at least 1\/3 area.<\/li>\n<li class=\"p1\">Focus UUT lens on the appearance face up of base block, to get clearly image of block surface, set zero for Z axis on UUT.<\/li>\n<li class=\"p1\">Moving and focus UUT lens on 1mm block surface, record reading on UUT<\/li>\n<li class=\"p1\">Repeat all steps above for blocks: 5, 10, 15, 20, and 25mm.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/techmaster.com.vn\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/08\/hieu-chuan-profile-projector.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-37579\" src=\"https:\/\/techmaster.com.vn\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/08\/hieu-chuan-profile-projector.jpg\" alt=\"Hi\u1ec7u chu\u1ea9n Profile Projector\" width=\"776\" height=\"437\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<h2 class=\"p2\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><b>6.
